About our Skydiving Campus.
We launched the Freefall Academy in 2001 with the overriding ambition of providing specialist skydiving courses aimed at delivering Accelerated Freefall to students in a way that would be far more enjoyable than anything else on offer. Our philosophy is: Top people, top equipment, topped only by maximum enjoyment. The addition of 3 wind tunnels into our programmes has only made things even better!
Specialist Skydiving School.
Although the Freefall Academy is primarily a specialist training school, we naturally welcome individuals and groups who wish simply to jump in either of our enviable drop zones. However, due to our evangelistic skydiving tendencies, we especially welcome those seeking training – be they beginners or experts. Every member of our team takes a professional attitude and approach to the way they fly, the way they teach and the way they conduct themselves in general.
Our main Spanish facility is conveniently located just south of Madrid and comprises of a purpose built facility next to a large expansive flat landing area.
We are thirty Minutes drive along the A4 southbound from Madrid beside Ocana with our accomodation zone in Aranjuez. We can also be reached by train from the airport which runs every 20 minutes or of course we can meet you in the airport.
We have over the year invested heavily in our infrastructure, equipment and our aircraft. We have a large purpose built indoor packing hall , cafes , briefing rooms . There is also 2 cafes onsite with a pool open in the summer. One of the many comforting aspects of the location is the size of the landing area , at 30km 2 it counts amongst europes largest . This alone makes it idea for students to learn accuracy skills under canopy without “ having to make the target “ at any cost.
Facilities include :
- Is the weather in Madrid perfect ?

- Will my qualification gained in Spain be recognized ?
Our Instructors are rated both by the British Parachute Association but also the USPA or United States Parachute Association. For our international clients from around the EU and further afield you will want the USPA certification as this is a globally recognised institution and standard. As such there will be no issues with license recognition.
- I need to alter your packages , can i do so ?
Of course , our suggested packages are only a starting point , if for example you wanted to do add more tunnel time ( or take it out ) , stay extra days or have some other customization , this is not an issue.. Just get in touch and let us know how we can help.
